I take full responsibility in how I interpret the messages given by Velca and how I choose to react. I understand that all sales are completely final and non-refundable.

For legal reasons, I must state that the readings I offer are for entertainment purposes only and no guarantees are implied or stated. I reserve the right to refuse service to an individual for any reason I decide. Any service I offer will only begin after payment is received. If an appointment time that is agreed on by both parties involved is missed by the client with no communication prior, I will not provide a refund. Because I respect everyone’s time, I expect the same respect to my own time. I have no problems rescheduling, but this needs to be communicated prior to the committed appointment.

Should you make the choice and end the reading sooner than your purchased time, compensation will not be made in any way.

I reserve to hold the right to end a session early if respect is not maintained. If a client begins to make me uncomfortable, I will make it known. Should it continue, I will end the session immediately.
